The Court affirmed Mitchell’s revocation and resentencing after finding that his appellate claims were either unsupported, procedurally unreviewable because he omitted the violation-hearing transcript, or meritless on the existing record. The Court held that the Superior Court had discretion to deny bail pending the violation hearing and that Mitchell’s due process claims failed where he did not dispute having actual notice or being unprepared to respond. The Court also held that ineffective-assistance claims are not reviewable on direct appeal.
