Supreme Court of Delaware

Green v. State

July 14, 2015

Summary

The Supreme Court affirmed Sean Green’s convictions for carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, and possession of ammunition by a person prohibited. Applying plain-error review to most unpreserved claims, the Court found no prejudicial discovery violation, constitutional error, jury-selection error, or denial of counsel. The Court also concluded that counsel had conscientiously reviewed the record and that the appeal presented no arguably appealable issue.
