Summary

The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed the summary dismissal of Daisey’s first postconviction motion because it was filed outside Rule 61’s one-year limitations period. The Court also held that Daisey waived his ineffective-assistance and disclosure claims by failing to develop them in his opening brief and forfeited his involuntary-plea argument by raising it for the first time on appeal.
