The Supreme Court of Delaware held that unredacted Family Court custody orders were inadmissible because they contained hearsay within hearsay and included irrelevant, highly prejudicial factual findings. The trial court should have excluded the orders or redacted the inadmissible portions, and its failure to do so was not harmless beyond a reasonable doubt. The convictions were therefore reversed and the matter remanded.
