The Supreme Court of Delaware affirmed Harris's convictions and sentence after independently reviewing the record under the appellate counsel withdrawal procedure. It held that the trial court properly excluded unreliable preliminary gunshot-residue results, found no plain error in admitting testimony about a phone call leading police to a gun or in the challenged DNA evidence, and found no plain error in the alleged prosecutorial misconduct.
