It held that the petitioner failed to prove actual innocence by clear and convincing evidence, that the eyewitness-identification evidence did not violate federal due process, and that he failed to establish prejudice from first habeas counsel's omission concerning impeachment of an alibi rebuttal witness. The court also held that, even assuming the sentencing claim was not barred procedurally, parole eligibility provided an adequate remedy for the juvenile-sentencing claim and resentencing was not required.
