Summary
The court dismissed the plaintiff's appeal as moot because the bankruptcy trustee had abandoned the underlying claims and the plaintiff no longer sought to substitute the trustee as the party plaintiff. Even if the court resolved the substitution issue in the plaintiff's favor, the only available relief would be a new hearing on a motion she no longer intended to pursue.
