The court held that the prohibition on imposing prison for one offense and probation for another in a multi-count case does not apply when the probation sentence is imposed under the Sex Offender Lifetime Supervision Act and requires sex-offender intensive supervision, even if the offense is sex-related rather than technically a sex offense. Because Coleman's consecutive prison and determinate SOISP sentences were authorized, the district court erred in declaring them illegal.
