The court held that a restitution obligation imposed during a deferred sentence survived the sentence's completion because the governing statute made restitution judgments enforceable until paid in full. It held, however, that unpaid court costs and fees did not survive termination of the deferred sentence and dismissal of the charges because the relevant statutes lacked comparable survival language. Justice Coats, joined by Justice Eid, would have held that none of the unpaid restitution survived the withdrawal of the guilty plea and dismissal with prejudice.
