Summary

The court reversed the court of appeals and reinstated the denial of Corson's post-conviction claims. It held that nondisclosure of the victim's juvenile false-reporting adjudication did not violate due process or render Corson's guilty plea involuntary, and that Corson failed to establish prejudice from the alleged ineffective assistance because he already knew of the adjudication, other evidence supported the prosecution, and the plea agreement substantially reduced his sentencing exposure. The court also held that juvenile adjudications are not automatically disclosable as part of a witness's criminal history under Crim. P. 16(I)(a)(1)(V).
