Summary

The court affirmed Hin’s murder conviction, reversed all six attempted-murder convictions, vacated the gang-murder special-circumstance finding, and affirmed the judgment in all other respects. It held that the invalid natural-and-probable-consequences and felony-murder instructions were harmless as to the murder conviction but not as to the attempted-murder convictions.
