Summary

The court affirmed McCray’s convictions for aggravated robbery, theft of property, and possession of a firearm by certain persons. It held that substantial evidence supported the aggravated-robbery conviction involving Hence because McCray used force to retrieve the money and threatened Hence with a firearm, and it held that counsel-requested continuances were properly excluded from the speedy-trial calculation.
