Summary

The Supreme Court of Arkansas amended Rule XVI governing admission on motion, effective immediately. The amendments principally lengthen the required period of active practice and corresponding military-duty period, while retaining requirements concerning reciprocal treatment, good standing, character and fitness, and other admission conditions.
