Summary

The court affirmed Noble's convictions for first-degree murder, terroristic acts, and firearm enhancements. It held that the evidence supported an inference that Noble intended to damage the occupied vehicle and that Broadway's death occurred in the course of and in furtherance of the terroristic acts because Noble had an independent objective to commit those acts rather than murder.
