The Supreme Court of Arkansas adopted, effective immediately, comprehensive amendments to the Arkansas Code of Judicial Conduct. The amendments address fair treatment of self-represented litigants, judicial speech and disqualification, gifts and reporting, judicial campaign conduct, and the application of the Code to judge-elects. No separate opinions were issued.
