Summary

The court adopted an amended attorney-conduct rule governing IOLTA accounts, unclaimed or unidentified trust-account funds, and relationships between the IOLTA program and participating financial institutions. It also deleted the former subsection addressing IOLTA-program relationships from the rule and incorporated that material, with revisions, into a new administrative order. The changes were made effective immediately.
