Summary

The court dismissed Robinson’s appeal from the denial of his postconviction petition and declared his motion to amend moot. It concluded from the record that he could not prevail because his ineffective-assistance allegations were conclusory and did not allege that counsel’s errors caused him to reject the plea and insist on trial.
