Summary

The court denied Lamar's request to reinvest jurisdiction in the circuit court to consider a writ of error coram nobis. Although suppression of favorable evidence can support coram-nobis relief, Lamar failed to show either that the information was unavailable before judgment or that earlier disclosure would probably have changed the outcome in light of his admissions and the other evidence.
