Summary

The court affirmed the denial of Green’s motion seeking return of seized currency because the currency had already been forfeited through a default judgment. Relief under Rule 15.2 was therefore unavailable unless the default judgment was first set aside, and Green failed to establish any ground for setting it aside under Rule 55(c).
