Summary

The court did not reach the merits of Conte's challenges to his convictions and sentence because his appellate brief's addendum omitted a DVD containing an audio recording essential to review of the case. The court remanded for the circuit court to settle and supplement the record with a verbatim transcription of the audio recording and ordered Conte to file a substituted brief.
