Summary

The court dismissed the appeal from the denial of a petition for writ of error coram nobis because the appellant could not prevail even if the appeal proceeded. The court held that the asserted double-jeopardy, speedy-trial, ineffective-assistance, prosecutorial-misconduct, trial-error, and transcript-access claims were either outside coram-nobis relief, based on matters known or knowable at trial, or unsupported by the record. The motions for an extension of time and use of the transcript were therefore moot.
