Summary

The court granted Jeffrey Lee Haynes’s petition for readmission to the Arkansas Bar, holding that his felony drug-possession convictions resulted from conduct involving a reckless mental state and therefore fell within the readmission exception for offenses not requiring a culpable mental state greater than negligence or recklessness.
