The court held that the between-terms exclusion in Arkansas's unemployment statute applies when instructional services are performed for an educational institution, even if the claimant is paid by a private company rather than directly employed by the institution. Because the Board improperly added an employment-by-the-institution requirement, the court reversed its decision but remanded for a determination whether Coleman had a contract or reasonable assurance of returning to perform services in the following academic term. Justice Danielson, dissenting, would have affirmed the Board's conclusion that the statute applies only to employees of educational institutions.
