Summary

The Alaska Supreme Court affirmed summary judgment for the Department of Natural Resources on all of Peterson’s claims. The court limited review to the evidence before the superior court when it granted summary judgment and concluded that Peterson offered no admissible evidence creating a genuine issue of material fact concerning discrimination, hostile work environment, or breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
